Welcome! I'm Claudia Kalotay, PA-C, founder of CK Aesthetics and a board-certified Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of healthcare experience in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery. I completed my training through the prestigious MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program at the University of Washington.

At CK Aesthetics, I believe aesthetic medicine is about enhancing your natural beauty—not changing who you are. My goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Our practice is medically overseen by a local physician and surgeon to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.

After more than two decades in medicine, I chose to apply my surgical precision and clinical experience to specialize in facial aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, with a focus on natural-looking results that help you feel refreshed and confident. I have completed advanced injectable training through the Evolus Training Academy and continue to stay current with the latest techniques in aesthetic medicine.

My background in sports medicine shapes my approach to patient care. In addition to aesthetic treatments, I use injectable therapies when medically appropriate to help with muscle tension, TMJ, migraines, and neck and shoulder discomfort. I collaborate with local physical therapists I have worked with for many years to provide patients with additional options for improving movement, managing pain, and staying active.

I am also passionate about medical weight management and helping patients reach their health and wellness goals in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Whether your goal is to become more active, reduce pain, improve metabolic health, support healthier blood sugar levels, or achieve a personal weight-loss milestone, I provide individualized guidance using education, lifestyle strategies, exercise recommendations, and FDA-approved medications when appropriate.
