Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us at CK Aesthetics. Each session is individually reserved to deliver dedicated clinical care and personalized aesthetic results.
24-Hour Notice & Cancellation Fee
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice if you need to cancel or modify your appointment.
A $75 cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time and do not reschedule.
Rescheduling Your Appointment
We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. If you provide at least 24 hours of notice, you may reschedule your appointment to any available date and time with zero fees or penalties. If an urgent situation arises within the 24-hour window, please contact us immediately to reschedule your visit so we can work with you.
Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to accommodate the next patient, while the full session fee remains applicable. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and could be subject to the cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
Failing to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior contact prevents other clients from receiving care and will result in the $75 fee charged to the payment method on file.
